Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Camrology provides real estate photography and visual media services as outlined in the agreed-upon quote or booking. Services may include interior and exterior photography, aerial imagery, and related deliverables.

2. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services and prior to final delivery of media.

Payments may be made via approved methods outlined on the invoice. Late payments may result in delayed delivery.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Weather Policy

Exterior photography is weather dependent. If conditions are unsuitable, Camrology may recommend rescheduling or proceeding with interior photography only, with exterior images captured at a later time.

5. Property Readiness

The property must be fully prepared prior to the scheduled shoot time. If the property is not ready upon arrival, the shoot may be delayed, rescheduled, or subject to additional fees.

6. Turnaround & Delivery

Final media is typically delivered within 24–48 hours of the shoot, depending on project scope.

Delivery is provided digitally via download link. Final files are released only after full payment has been received.

7. Revisions

Minor revisions may be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Extensive re-editing or additional requests may incur additional charges.

8. Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients are granted usage rights to the media for marketing and promotion of the property. Camrology retains the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Camrology is not liable for issues arising from property condition, staging, or external factors beyond its control. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

10. Agreement

By booking services with Camrology, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
